This Birthday Bash Over the Top Boutique Hair Bow has been made with great care, love, and attention to detail. This hair bow has been made with the highest of quality materials; grosgrain ribbon in the colors of light purple, lime, purple, shocking pink, turquoise, white, and yellow; and is finished with a flat back resin of a birthday hat. This bow measures approximately 6 inches. All of the ribbon ends are heat treated to prevent the ribbon from fraying.
