This Over the Top Boutique Hair Bow has been made with great care, love, and attention to detail. This hair bow has been made with the highest of quality materials; grosgrain ribbon in the colors of black, hot pink, red, shocking pink, and white; prints of dots, hearts, and stripes; and is finished with curly ostrich feathers in the color of red and a beautiful gem center. This bow measures approximately 6 inches. All of the ribbon ends are heat treated to prevent the ribbon from fraying.
