Can I customize the wall letters? And does it cost more?
Yes, our artists can do amazing things! Send us a photo of fabric swatch or any theme you would like to be made, website link, or your detailed instructions (eg, font style, size and dimensions) and we will do our best to match them.
No, there is no extra fee for customization.
I would like my order rushed. Is that possible?
Yes. Upon placing the order on our website, you can select the ‘Rush Order’ option. Please note that an additional fee will be charged to you.
You can also send us a follow up email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the date you when you would like to receive it and we will do the best we can to expedite your order. Many items on our site are sent out directly from the designer/artist. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges for multiple packages.
What happens if an item I ordered is out-of-stock, backordered, or has been discontinued?
We make every effort to ensure that the items listed for retail sale on our website are updated to reflect the item's correct availability status as provided by the manufacturer, but occasionally, items are abruptly discontinued or become "out-of-stock" without our knowledge. This is a very rare occurrence, but it can happen. If an item you ordered is found to be unavailable or discontinued, we will either issue you a refund for the price of that item, or you may choose another item of equal or lesser value to replace the unavailable item, and we will refund you the difference in price, if any.
Backordered items are items which are unavailable until a later date. Popular items which have sold quickly are often backordered by the manufacturer, meaning they do not have any "on hand" or "in-stock" that can ship immediately. If you order an item that is on backorder, you can expect to wait a little longer for your item to be shipped and delivered.
